By accessing or using this platform, uploading audio, generating videos, or downloading generated content, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. User Responsibility and Copyright Ownership

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any audio, music, recordings, vocals, samples, artwork, or other materials submitted to the platform are owned by them or used with all necessary permissions, licenses, or legal authorizations.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or possess all rights necessary to upload, process, modify, synchronize, and incorporate it into AI-generated video.
• Your use of the content does not infringe any third party's copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other applicable legal rights.
• You have obtained any necessary permissions for copyrighted musical compositions, sound recordings, samples, vocals, or other protected materials.
• You are legally authorized to permit the platform to process the uploaded content.

Uploading copyrighted material without authorization is prohibited.

2. AI-Generated Video Content

This platform provides automated tools that analyze uploaded audio and generate accompanying visual content using artificial intelligence.

Generated videos may include algorithmically created imagery, animation, visual effects, characters, environments, and other synthetic elements.

The platform does not guarantee that generated content will be original, unique, copyrightable, commercially usable, or free from similarities to existing protected works.

Users are responsible for reviewing their generated videos before publishing, distributing, monetizing, or otherwise using them.

3. Limited License to Process Uploaded Content

By uploading material, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, reproduce, analyze, transform, synchronize, and otherwise process that material solely as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, generate video outputs, maintain security, and operate the platform in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

You retain any ownership rights you hold in your original uploaded content.

Uploading material does not transfer ownership of that material to the platform.

The platform does not claim ownership of user-uploaded audio solely because it has been processed through the service.

No permission to use uploaded content to train AI models is granted under this provision.

4. Responsibility for Generated Content

Users are responsible for how they use, distribute, share, publish, or monetize generated videos.

The platform does not grant users any copyright license to third-party audio, music, recordings, or other protected material.

Generating a video from copyrighted audio does not create ownership of the underlying audio or automatically grant synchronization, distribution, performance, or commercial-use rights.

Users must independently secure any permissions required for their intended use.

5. Copyright Infringement and Removal

The platform respects intellectual property rights and prohibits infringement.

We reserve the right to remove, disable access to, or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates applicable law, third-party rights, or platform policies.

Copyright owners or authorized representatives may report suspected infringement through our designated copyright contact.

We will review copyright complaints and respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), where applicable.

We maintain a policy providing for termination of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

6. No Guarantee of Legal Clearance

The platform does not independently verify ownership, licensing, or authorization for every uploaded audio file.

The platform's acceptance or processing of an upload does not constitute a determination that the uploaded content is legally authorized.

Users must not interpret successful generation, rendering, or downloading as proof of copyright clearance or permission for commercial distribution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform, its owners, operators, employees, and service providers disclaim liability for damages, losses, or claims arising from unauthorized uploads, infringement by users, improper distribution of generated content, or user violations of these terms.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

8. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the platform and its owners, operators, employees, and service providers against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable legal expenses resulting from:

• Content you upload or submit.
• Your infringement of intellectual property or other third-party rights.
• Your unauthorized distribution or commercialization of generated content.
• Your material violation of the platform's Terms of Service or applicable law.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim arises from the platform's own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by law.

9. Service Provided As-Is

The platform and its AI generation capabilities are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful generation, accurate audio synchronization, consistent visual quality, or suitability of generated content for any particular purpose.

10. Acceptance

By uploading audio or generating a video, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer and the platform's applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not upload content or use the generation services.
